Victor Boyd (Operational Director)
Victor founded CSS over a decade ago to address the lack of decontamination specialists in the era of the first meth lab busts.
Using his unique understanding and experience in construction and decontamination Victor has worked on numerous large decontamination projects involving asbestos, mould, lead, meth and biohazards.
With a strong desire to extend his understanding in this area of remediation and gain an international qualification, Victor is one of the few NZ’ers with IICRC certification in Applied Microbial Remediation for water damage and flood. He is a licenced A Class asbestos supervisor. Victor was certified by Jena Dyco (Australia) in 2014 in meth decontamination & meth testing.
Diana Donaghy (Administration & Financial Director)
Diana co-founded CSS with Victor in 2007 sharing Victor’s vision of a specialist decontamination company. Diana is responsible for ensuring all possible steps are taken to protect the health and safety of clients, staff, the public and the environment.
Diana comes with a diverse background in property maintenance management, administration and education along with ISO assessor training. Diana places a huge emphasis on continuous staff operational and health and safety training and ongoing systems analysis.
With an eye for detail, Diana’s objective is, that with effective operational systems, qualified staff, and excellent project management your job will be done once and done right.
Aimee Fairweather (Administration Manager)
Aimee brings a wealth of office management experience and plays a key role in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly. She supports the directors, manages our corporate client accounts, and leads all marketing efforts at CSS.
Aimee also oversees all health and safety compliance across the business, ensuring our team works safely and meets industry standards. With strong communication and leadership skills, she coordinates the day-to-day management of jobs — from small repairs to complex insurance claims.
Jean Bouillin (Project Manager)
In charge of job management, Jean will be your daily contact for scheduling, answering any queries and ensuring smooth running of your project.
Jean will ensure a quality inspection post job is undertaken to confirm the work has been carried out as per scope and to our high standard.
Another bilingual member of staff, Jean is highly motivated with a strong client focus and a huge personal investment in achieving a successful resolution to clients remediation problems.
Audrey Poutai (Administration Assistant Manager)
Audrey began with CSS as a Decontamination Technician during the early days when the company first started. Over the years she undertook significant training and rose through the company to become a first-class senior supervisor.
Audrey left CSS to take her skills to Australia in 2016 and was welcomed back, with her overseas experience, to CSS in 2018.
With Audrey’s extensive remediation knowledge, she is responsible for the management of Special Projects. She will be your contact person if your project is unique in nature, or involves asbestos removal and/or fire remediation.
